I have heard it said that girls are much easier to potty train than boys. Fortunately I have had it pretty easy with my boys so far. But nothing can compare to what I am experiencing now. Fletcher (my 2 yr. old) has pretty much potty trained himself. I kid you not. It has been a few months now, since he started taking his clothes off and getting on the potty by himself. Poop, pee... everything! And I hadn't even put him on the pot yet, he just did it by himself. He hasn't done it every time that he has to go, but quite a bit. It is my laziness that has kept him from being completely potty trained by now, simply because I haven't wanted to take the time to deal with the accidents. But this week I ran out of pull-ups and decided that I wasn't going to buy anymore. It is crazy how good he is doing in big boy undies! (He actually does better if he is just naked, but you know... Too hard to get the undies off in time!) Only a couple of accidents in the past 2 days! YEAH for Fletcher!

Lucky!!!!!!
Raegan has actually been doing pretty well lately, and will go in there by herself when she "feels" it. But we do still have a lot more accidents than I'd like.
Just today I took her to the park and we were there no more than 2 min. before she stood at the top of the play equipment and peed her pants!!! Could've killed her, I'd asked her right before we left if she had to go........Agh, kids!!!
That is so frustrating. I am sure there will be many more accidents before we are in the clear. My other kids still have accidents (don't tell them I said that)and they are old enough to know when they "need to go."
Fabulous job! That is the best way to do it, let them be naked all week long and miracles do happen :)
Oh potty training...what a wonderful experience that tests your patience time and time again.
Thank you for all the birth control with these comments!! Haha! Just kidding, you all are great mothers and I look up to you!
