We have had so many fun and exciting things going on! Here are a few of the highlights!
Trev and I attended a graduation ceremony for Tracie (Trev's sister) last Thursday evening. She graduated from Dental Hygiene School. It was really nice and we are so proud of her. Here she is before the ceremony began. YEAH... way to go Trac!
Then on Friday we had the wonderful, ever-so-fun opportunity to go stay at a nice hotel/resort with Treven's work. We decided to take the kids with us this year, since they had such a blast the last day we were there last year. Not only do the boys think they are hot stuff because they get to stay in a nice room, but they also have fun pools, a lazy river, and a water slide. Here are some of the pictures we got...
We stayed at the lazy river most of the time, which goes around the water slide. It was lots of fun! If you have ever been anywhere with us, then you know that Parker openly talks to anyone and everyone that will listen and will make friends with anyone he can. As we were walking out the gate to head home, a family nearby all said, "Goodbye Parker, it was nice to meet you!" I thought that was pretty funny, because Parker would just go around and around the river chatting with people.
On Saturday night we headed back to Mesa for a party in honor of Tracie. It was at Chad and Nichole's house and it was lots of fun to get together with all the cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and friends that came to congratulate Trac. Unfortunately I dont' have any pictures to share.
And of course... last but not least... Mother's Day! We spent most of the day lounging poolside at the hotel (I know it was Sunday, and I am sorry!) Overall it was a good day!
We have had lots of fun, and there is lots more to come in the next couple of weeks as well. Parker is so excited because there is only 7 more school days left!!!

I am sooooo jealous of the hotel stay! And Joss in her swimsuit, so cute! One question, where's the matching bow?
Funny you should ask... there is one! But she also has a sun hat that is the same pattern as her swimsuit. So we decided to go with the hat that day, since we were going to be in the sun a lot. It was drying out at the time of the picture.
What, Parker made friends at the hotel?! Shocking!!
Well, I'm glad you all enjoyed your weekend away from the norm. It is so nice to get away sometimes and just relax!
And again, it was fun running into you "coincidentally" at the mall today! Fun times!!

Parker is one friendly kid! Looks like you guys had a blast, that's the perfect way to spend MOther's Day! I've been looking at all the local resorts summer rates and they're not bad at all. We'll be following in your footsteps soon!
