For FHE this week, we decided to take the family to the Visitor's Center to see the Reflections of Christ Photographs we have been hearing so much about. (Only those of you who know our little Fletcher can truly understand what a huge undertaking this was going to be.) The pictures were beautiful! It has been such a long time since I have been to the Visitors Center, that I have forgotten what a strong spirit there is there. There were many times that I was touched by the spirit and brought to tears. What a great place and experience for our children to have. While we were looking at the pictures, Parker sat down next to me and said in a sweet almost tearful voice, "He was a great Man." Their little spirits are so tender and sensitive to everything around them. I know that the kids really enjoyed being there. And even Fletcher (minus one minor mishap... when he decided he wanted to go into one of the prop houses up on a the stage) was good. We went into one of the videos there called God's plan for Families, (I think that is what it was called) it was great, and definitely worth checking out if you are ever down there. We are so lucky to have a Temple and Visitors Center so close.... we (myself and family) just need to take better advantage.

We went to that a couple months ago and really enjoyed it also!!
It is a neat experience to be at the temple with your kids.
I've been wanting to do that for so long! I love that Parker said that, I would be crying too.
I just teared up reading that...I love Parks - he is such a good kid...good for you guys for going - it is totally worth seeing - I love the feeling when I am there.
I was totally blog hopping tonight (I haven't done that forever)...I usually don't comment on people's blogs I don't know, but I came across your blog and noticed the title. My brother's store is giving away a free Reflections of Christ picture--to enter it just go to www.matageframing.com
I updated! I think you'll like it, now it's your turn! haha
